Hi, I’m Alina, the owner and lead floral designer behind Forge Florals. My floral journey began in 2014 in Russia, where I quickly fell in love with the art of floristry. I worked in retail flower shops, designed weddings and events, taught floral design, and competed professionally, becoming a WorldSkills Russia Floristry Champion in 2018 and 2019. After moving to New York City, I brought that passion and experience with me. Today, I create wedding flowers, luxury event florals, corporate installations, gala event décor, flower delivery arrangements, sympathy flowers, and wholesale floral programs for businesses throughout NYC. From intimate bouquets to large-scale galas and corporate events, I believe flowers are more than decoration—they tell stories, celebrate milestones, and create lasting memories. My goal is to combine European floral artistry with modern design to create beautiful, meaningful floral experiences for every client. Forge Florals was inspired by the idea that the most beautiful things are forged through time, passion, and dedication. Just as metal is shaped by fire, skill, and craftsmanship, every floral design is thoughtfully created with intention, creativity, and attention to detail.The name "Forge" also reflects the tools of our craft. Florists work with steel knives, pruners, and shears every day, shaping natural materials by hand to create something beautiful. We loved the contrast of such a strong, masculine word paired with the delicate beauty of flowers.
To us, Forge Florals represents the balance found throughout nature and life itself—strength and softness, structure and movement, craftsmanship and creativity. Flowers may be delicate, but the hands, stories, and love behind them are incredibly strong. Every arrangement is designed to celebrate those meaningful moments where beauty and strength come together.

Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
